Move over cider—there’s a new way to enjoy apples this Thanksgiving. The Spiced Apple Shrub Collins offers a crisp, tart, and refreshing sip that will cleanse your palate while delivering those comforting holiday spices. Light and sparkling, this drink is perfect for balancing out a rich Thanksgiving meal.

Extra Twist:

Add a splash of sparkling hard cider instead of soda water for a boozy twist, and toss in a few frozen apple slices as ice cubes for a cool visual touch.

Ingredients:

1 oz spiced apple shrub (apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and spices)
2 oz gin
½ oz fresh lemon juice
2 oz soda water
Thin apple slice and cinnamon stick (for garnish)

Instructions:

Build the drink in a Collins glass by adding the spiced apple shrub, gin, and lemon juice.
Stir gently, then top with soda water.
Garnish with a thin apple slice and a cinnamon stick.
