To celebrate the season, we’re bringing you some of our favorite Fall recipes. You’ll love these sweet & spicy treats that are full of nutritious ingredients and delicious flavors. 

 

It’s Pumpkin Spice Season! – Tone It Up

Tone It Up Pumpkin Pancake

Ingredients

  1. 1 scoop Tone It Up Protein

  2. 1 Tbsp. pumpkin puree

  3. ½ banana, mashed

  4. ½ Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk

  5. ¼ cup egg whites

  6. ½ tsp. cinnamon

  7. 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

  8. Coconut oil spray

  9. Real maple syrup or honey (optional)

Directions

  1. Completely mash banana with almond milk. Gradually stir in the remaining ingredients.

  2. Spray your skillet with cooking spray and turn to medium-low heat. Slowly and evenly pour the batter into the pan. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes on one side.

  3. Using a spatula, carefully lift the edge and take a peek. If the underside of your pancake is golden brown, it’s ready to flip. Carefully flip your pancake and cook for another 3 minutes on the other side until both sides are golden brown and the pancake is cooked through.

  4. Remove from heat and top with additional ingredients if desired. Drizzle with real maple syrup or honey and serve!

 Tone It Up Pumpkin Spice Fall Recipes Plant Based Protein Pumpkin Pie Latte

Pumpkin Pie Parfait 

Ingredients

  1. 2 scoops vanilla Tone It Up Protein

  2. 1 frozen banana, sliced 

  3. 4 ice cubes

  4. 2 Tbsp. pumpkin purée 

  5. 1 cup almond milk (add more if needed while blending)

  6. Pinch of pumpkin pie spice

  7. Cinnamon to taste 

  8. 1 spoonful unsweetened applesauce (optional)

  9. Almond or Greek yogurt 

  10. 2 tsp. chia seeds 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except yogurt in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. 

  2. Split smoothie into two glasses and layer with yogurt. Top with chia seeds. Enjoy!

 

Tone It Up Pumpkin Spice Fall Recipes Plant Based Protein
Collagen Pumpkin Spiced Latte

 

Ingredients:

  1. ¼ cup unsweetened Plant-based milk , frothed

  2. 2-4 tbsp. Vegan pumpkin spiced latte creamer 

  3. 1-2 espresso shots or ½ cup of hot brewed coffee

  4. Cinnamon powder

  5. Scoop of Tone It Up collagen creamer

Directions:

  1. Froth the milk with the collagen powder (milk can be cold or warmed in the microwave depending on whether you want an iced or hot latte)

  2. Add the espresso in a cup over ice or if drinking hot place in mug

  3. Pour the creamer on first and then pour the frothed milk on top

  4. Sprinkle it with cinnamon and enjoy!
